The Diploma in L&D Management provides a professional qualification for experienced trainers who have, or are seeking, a position which involves the development of learning programmes, implementation of policy at a strategic level, some responsibility for the work of others and for the allocation of resources.
 
It is for experienced L&D professionals who want their own experience and knowledge recognised with a formal qualification. It will further develop specialist skills for the participant so as to increase their confidence and impact when working at senior and executive levels within an organisation.

Programme Structure:

The programme is built on the foundation of a four day face-to-face workshop supported by blocks of Personal Development and some self-learning modules. In addition, time will be required to conduct a work related assignment and to produce a report by way of a presentation that will be delivered on an assessment day. Throughout the Programme each participant will Reflective Learning Journal. This will be discussed at the Assessment Day. .
